The market continues to fluctuate around the 1,300 level

MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index continued to move sideways today, closing at 1,302.96 points, nearly unchanged from yesterday. Market breadth remained fairly balanced, with 11 out of 18 sectors advancing. Among them, the Information Technology and Retail sectors led the gains, while the Communication sector saw the biggest decline. The remaining sectors showed no significant movement. In terms of foreign trading, foreign investors were net sellers on both the HSX and HNX exchanges today. The market remains in a consolidation phase, with a positive sign being that the VN-Index has closed above the 1,300 level for three consecutive sessions. In the short term, the index may continue to move sideways to establish a base here before gaining momentum to return to 1,315.

• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -296.62 billion on HOSE, including STB (VND -199.20 billion), CTG (VND -147.12 billion), HPG (VND -67.26 billion), SHB (VND -53.33 billion), VHM (VND -51.58 billion). Foreign investors were net sellers on HNX with the value of VND -11.64 billion.
