For many years, BSC has been a sponsor of various student talent competitions at major universities nationwide; participating in mentoring/training programs for the younger generation and regularly welcoming students for internships, giving them the opportunity to experience working at BSC's headquarters.

BSC has been accompanying social infrastructure projects in many mountainous provinces in the North and Central, Central Highlands regions: building new and renovating schools; bringing light to rural areas in various provinces across the country. The "Returning to the Roots" journey is held annually at BSC. These activities reflect the deep gratitude of the young generation at BSC to the generations of our ancestors who sacrificed and dedicated their lives to the cause of peace, national liberation, and reunification.

In addition to the general activities of BSC, each trade union group regularly organizes meaningful social activities on a monthly or quarterly basis: volunteer work at hospitals; volunteer work at nursing homes; and volunteer activities following the Youth Union's programs.
