TL4: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Entitlements Exercising

Based on the official letter No. 220 CV/TCT-TK dated 23/10/2023, from Hydraulics Construction Corporation No.4-Joint stock company regarding the cancellation of the list of shareholders exercising their rights, the Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch  announces the following:
Canceling The list of TL4 stockholders exercising their rights to participate in the 2023 Annual General Meeting, with record date on 06/09/2023 as on Announcement No. 1159/TB-VSD dated 15/08/2023 by VSDC.
Reason: The company requires additional time to prepare the agenda for 2023 Annual General Meeting.
(VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like  to inform the depositary members (DMs) and conveys this information to the shareholders who have TL4 shares deposited at DMs.
