CTR: Cancellation of the list of shareholders

Pursuant to the document no. 74/VCC-TBTK dated 03/11/2023 of Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation (securities code: CTR) on cancelling the list of shareholders on the record date: 01/11/2023, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, the record date of 01/11/2023 in accordance with Notice no. 2821/TB-VSDC dated 20/10/2023 by VSDC
Reason: Addition to contents of postal ballot
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
