Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time:  23/4/2024
- Meeting format: physically
- Meeting venue: Kim Do hotel, 133 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe ward, district 1, Hochiminh city
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Management Board on 2023 production & business results, 2024 activity plan
+ Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (SB) on 2023 activities, 2024 plan
+ 2023 audited financial statements
+ Approval of 2023 profit distribution, earnings reserved for fund establishment and dividend payment
+ Approval of 2024 production & business plan
+ Approval of proposal for advance payment of 2024 dividend
+ Approval of remuneration for the BOD, remuneration and operation budget for the SB in 2024
+ Approval of selecting an auditing company for 2024 financial statements
+ Approval of proposal for electing the BOD, SB for 2024-2029 term
+ Other issues within the authority of the General meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22/03/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
