VHF: 2024 Annual General Meeting

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: 04/2024 tentatively, the specific meeting time will be announced later
- Meeting venue: 9A Vinh Tuy, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report on 2023 business results, 2024 production and business plan
+ 2023 audited financial statements
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on assessing 2023 business management situation; 2024 production & business task, development directions
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on appraising 2023 production and business and financial result of the BOD, Management Board
+ Approval of authorizing the BOD to select an auditing company for 2024;
+ Approval of 2023 profit allocation scheme
+ Approval of 2023 remuneration for the BOD, SB and 2024 plan 
+ Approval of the Company Restructuring Project for 2021-2025 term
+ Other issues within the authority
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am , 21/03/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
