LQN: Notice of stock status

On 04/042024, HNX announces the status of Licogi Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: LQN) as follows:
- LQN shares are being put on alert due to the reasons that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at point a, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- LQN shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the company has negative equity in its 2023 audited financial statements as prescribed at Point a, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
