HAX: Payment of 2023 cash dividend and Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation- Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of 2023 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 3%/share (300 VND per share)
- Payment time: 24/05/2024
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive cash dividend at Company's head office, no.333 Dien Bien Phu, ward 15, Binh Thanh district, Hochiminh city from 24/05/2024. ID cards and passbooks have to be presented.  
2. Share issuance for raising share capital from owner's equity
- Payment rate: 15% (Shareholders are entitled to 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 166 shares is entitled to receive (166/100)*15= 24.9 shares. According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 24 shares and the  fractional shares of 0.9 will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at Company's head office, no.333 Dien Bien Phu, ward 15, Binh Thanh district, Hochiminh city. Passbook, ID cards, passports  have to be presented.
