POS: Cancellation of record date for 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Pursuant to the Document No. 0658/2023/POS-HCNS dated 24/04/2024 of PTSC Offshore Services Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2024 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2024 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 25/03/2024
Reason for cancellation: the preparatory work has not been completed
