KDC: Payment of treasury shares to existing shareholders

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Payment rate: 100:8.42434 (shareholders are entitled to receive 8.42434 new shares for every 100 shares they own).
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares distributed for existing shareholders is rounded to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be distributed to the Company's Trade Union at the price of 10,000 VND/share and as stipulated by prevailing laws. The proceeds from the sale of these shares are not received by shareholders.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 125 shares is entitled to receive 10.53 new shares (125*8.42434/100 = 10.53). According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will  receive 10 shares and the 0.53 fractional shares will be distributed to the Trade union at the price of 10,000 VND/share.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive  dividend at the Finance department of KIDO Group Corporation, level 10, Empress Tower building, 138-142 Hai Ba Trung, Da Kao ward, district 1, Hochiminh city on working days. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 18/06/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
