- Nguyen Duong Khoi, Director cum  Deputy Manager, has been appointed Manager with effect since 12/8/2024 term 2022-2027
- Ta Duy Hoang has been appointed Deputy Manager with effect since 12/8/2024 term 2022-2027
- Bui Minh Hung has been dismissed from Chair of the Board with effect since 14/8/2024
- Ta Cong Thong has been dismissed from Manager with effect since 12/8/2024
