Decision on continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 953/QD-SGDHN dated September 04, 2024, HNX announces the following stock remains under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Construction Machinery Corporation - JSC Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: TCK
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: The company had negative owner equity in Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024;
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, TCK must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.329/GD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024

Notice of stock status
On September 04, 2024, HNX announces the status of  Construction Machinery Corporation - JSC Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TCK) as follows:
TCK shares remains under trading restriction according to Decision No. 953/QD-SGDHN dated September 04, 2024 because it had negative owner equity in Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2024 as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
TCK shares were put on alert according to Decision No.330/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024 due to The auditor expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more so it belonged to the cases of stocks being put on alert according to the provisions at Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision
