ECI: Change of dividend payment date

Pursuant to the document no. 39/2024/ECI-CV dated 25/09/2024 of ECI Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: ECI), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the 6th change of 2022 cash dividend payment time of ECI share (record date: 04/12/2023) as follows:
- Announced information in the notice no.8215/VSDC-ĐKCP.NV dated 26/06/2024:
Payment time: 30/09/2024
- Adjusted information:
Payment time: 30/06/2025
- Reason: Because the Company's customers/Partners are facing difficulties in paying debts to the Company, the Company has not yet arranged enough cash to make dividend payment by the time approved in the Resolution No. 05/2024/NQ-HĐQT dated 24/06/2024 by the Board of Directors.
Other issues in the notice no. 8215/VSDC-ĐKCP.NV dated 26/06/2024 by VSDC remain unchanged.
