ECO: Notice on changing the company model and type of financial statements

On 24/10/2024, Viet Nam ECO Plastic Technology Joint Stock Company announced the change in company model and type of financial statements as follows:
I. Information of first registration/before change:
1.     Company model: With affiliated accounting units
2.     Types of financial statements to disclose information: Separate financial statements
II. Information after change:
1.     Company model: With subsidiaries and affiliated accounting units
2.     Types of financial statements to disclose information: Separate financial statements and Consolidated Financial Statement
III. Reason of changing: Company establishes subsidiaries 
IV. Effective date: 23/10/2024.
