LSS: Payment of 2023-2024 Cash Dividend, Share issuance for 2023-2024 dividend payment

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Share issuance for 2023-2024 dividend payment

- Payment rate: 5% (500 VND per share)
- Payment time: 15/04/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance-Accounting departement of Lam Son Sugar JSC - Zone 6, Lam Son town, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province from 15/04/2025 on workings. ID cards have to be presented.

2. Share issuance for 2023-2024 dividend payment

- Payment rate: 7% (Shareholders are entitled to 7 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number to ensure total distributed shares not exceeding total issued shares, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed and the new charter capital will be registered in accordance with actually distributed shares.
- For example: Shareholder A who owns 1,234 shares of the Company on the record date for shareholders to exercise the right to receive stock dividends will receive 86.38 shares (1,234 x 7 :100 = 86.38). According to the principle of rounding, A will only receive 86 shares and the 0.38 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance-Accounting departement of Lam Son Sugar JSC, Lam Son town, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province. ID cards have to be presented.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17/01/2025
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
