UXC: Transferring registration, depository data of UXC shares from only registration at VSDC to UPCOM

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for UXC shares from only registration at VSDC to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 35,400,000  shares
- Total value of registered securities: 354,000,000,000 VND
From 30/12/2024, VSDC's Branch will transfer data of registration and depository of UXC shares from only registration at VSDC to UPCOM on VSD's system.
Reason: UTXI Aquatic Products Processing Corporation is approved by Hanoi Stock Exchange to register for trading on UPCOM in accordance with 1262/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24/12/2024.
