POS: Cancellation of record date for a ballot

Pursuant to the Document No. 0057/POS-HCNS dated 10/01/2025 of PTSC Offshore Services Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for a ballot, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for a ballot on the record date of 17/01/2025
Reason for cancellation: the company has not completed the related procedures for a ballot.
