LHC: 2025 Annual General Meeting and Second Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend

a). 2025 Annual General Meeting

1.    Report on 2024 governance results by the Board of Directors (BOD) and independent Board Members;
2.    2024 Report of the Supervisory Board (SB);
3.    2024 audited financial statements;
4.    2024 profit distribution;
5.    2025 production and business plan, dividends and investment;
6.    Selection of an auditing company for 2025;
7.    Authorizing the General Director to sign contracts and transactions between the Company and related persons with a value of less than 35% of total assets;
8.    Payment of 2024 remuneration of the BOD and SB and approval of 2025 remuneration of the BOD and SB;
9.  Other issues...
b) Second Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 1:1; 10%/share (1.000 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 18/04/2025
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at LAM DONG INVESTMENT AND HYDRAULIC CONSTRUCTION JOINT-STOCK COMPANY on working days (Monday to Friday) from 18/04/2025. ID cards/passports have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the list generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 24/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
