+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2024 activities, 2020-2025 summary and 2025 plan;
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on self-assessment of activities; report by the SB on business results, performance results of the BOD, Director in 2024; 2025 activity plan
+ Report on 2024 production and business results and 2025 plan and directions.
+ 2024 audited financial statements and 2025 financial plan; 
+ Proposal for selecting an audit company for 2025 financial statements;
+ Proposal for 2024 profit distribution, dividend payment
+ Report on 2024 remuneration and 2025 plan for the BOD, SB; report on 2024 salary and 2025 salary fund for executives;
+ Authorization and authorizing period for the Director to sign contracts, deals with Saigon Water Supply Corporation - One-member limited liability
+ Proposal for dimissal of the BOD, SB members for 2020-2025 term and election of the BOD, SB members for 2025-2030 term
+ Other issues within the authority of the General Meeting (if any)
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 27/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
