Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 04/2025 tentatively
- Meeting venue: Level-1 Meeting room no.1, Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company - TKV, group 1, Cao Son 2 quarter, Cam Son ward, Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province
- Meeting agenda: discussion and approval of:
a. Meeting agenda
b. Working regulation of the meeting
c. Report on 2024 production & business results, 2025 plan; 2025 investment & construction plan; approval of contracts, transactions of the Company in 2025 within the authority of the General meeting
d. Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2024 governance and activity results, 2025 directions
dd. 2024 audited financial statements
e. Profit distribution, earnings reserved for fund establishment and use; 2024 dividend payment, 2025 plan
f. Report on 2024 remuneration, salary, bonus and other benefit payment to the BOD, Supervisory Board (SB); 2025 plan
g. Report on evaluating activity results of the SB and its members. Appraisal report by the SB on: the Company's business results; 2024 financial statements; evaluating management, operation of the BOD, Director in 2024
 h. Report on selecting an audit company for 2025 financial statements
i. Other issues within the authority of the general meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 25/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
