TVD: Change in personnel

Vinacomin - Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Van Dung has been dismissed from his position of Acting Managing Director with effect since 03/03/2025
- Mr. Nguyen Van Dung has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors with effect since 03/03/2025
- Mr. Ho Quoc has been appointed Managing Director in place of Mr. Nguyen Van Dung with effect since 04/03/2025.
