Decision on continued alert on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 182/QD-SGDHN dated March 24, 2025, HNX announces the continued alert of TA6 stock as follows:
- Issuer: Thanh An 665 Construction, Installation and Investment JSC Company
- Stock code: TA6
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Reason: The auditor expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, TA6 must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 321/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024

On March 24, 2025, HNX announces the status of Thanh An 665 Construction, Installation and Investment JSC Company’s shares (stock code: TA6) as follows: TA6 shares are under continued alert due to audit organization give a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to the provisions at Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
