PDV: VSDC's Notice on cancellation of record date for AGM 2025

On March 21, 2025, Phuong Dong Viet Shipping and Logistics Corporation announced Notice No.2218/CNVSDC-DK.NV by the Vietnam Securities Depository Corporation on cancellation of the record date for the list of shareholders to attend the Annual General Mandate 2025 as follows:
Cancel Notice of final registration date February 19, 2025 to exercise the rights to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting in Notice No. 249/TB-CNVSDC dated February 19, 2025 by the CNVSDC.
Reason: In order to have more time to prepare detailed contents for the General Meeting of Shareholders and to save costs and time in organizing the meeting in line with the actual situation, the company will extend the time for the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which is expected to be held in May or June 2025. The final list of shareholders exercising the rights to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting will be implemented as soon as possible
