Decision on being continued alert
On March 31, 2025, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 231/QD-SGDHN putting the SJM stock under continued alert:
•         Issuer: Song Da No. 19 JSC
•         Securities type: common stock
•         Stock code: SJM
•         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
•    Reason: The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
•       Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Song Da No. 19 JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 173/QD-SGDHN dated March 27, 2024.

On March 31, 2025, HNX announces the status of Song Da No. 19 JSC shares (stock code: SJM) as follows: SJM shares are continued alert due to the reason that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
