Following No. 294/QD-SGDHN dated April 2, 2025 , HNX announces the stock under alert as follows:
- Issuer: Alphanam E&C JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: AME
- Effective date: 10/4/2025
- Reason: The auditing organization has a qualified opinion on the consolidated financial statements for 2024;
-  Basis for review: The 2024 consolidated financial statements of Alphanam E&C Joint Stock Company were audited by AFC Vietnam Auditing Co., Ltd., Ha Thanh Branch;
- Applicable regulations: Point c, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
