Decision on being continued alert
Following Decision No. 336/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2025, HNX announces the continued trading alert of SRB stock as follows:
- Issuer: Sara group JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: SRB
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Reason: The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Sara group JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 282/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024.

On April 04, 2025, HNX announces the status of Sara group JSC’s shares (stock code: SRB) as follows:
- SRB shares are under continued alert due to audit organization give a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to the provisions at Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
