Decision on continued trading restriction
Following Decision No. 322/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2025, HNX announces the following stock remains under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Hydraulics Construction Corporation No.4
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: TL4
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2024
- Reason: The auditor give a disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statements 2022 and a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements 2023, 2024;
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point c, Clause 1 and point c Clause 5 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, TL4 must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.320/GD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024

TL4 shares remains under trading restriction according to Decision No.320/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024 due to the auditor give a disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statements 2022 and a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements 2023, 2024 according to the provisions at Point c, Clause 1 and point c Clause 5 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
