ECI: Decision on stock under supervision and Notice on stock status

* Decision on stock under supervision:
Pursuant to Decision No. 370/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025, HNX announces the stock is under supervision as follows:
- Issuer: Education Cartography and Illustration JSC
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: ECI
- Effective date: 10/4/2025
- Reason: The holding company's after-tax profit in 2023 and 2024 is negative;
- Basis for review: ECI Group Corporation's consolidated financial statements 2024 audited by AAC Auditing and Accounting Company Limited;
- Applicable regulations: Point b, Clause 1, Article 38 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed Securities issued together with Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.

-  ECI shares are under supervision according to Decision No. 370/QD-SGDHN dated April 4, 2025 of Hanoi Stock Exchange because the after-tax profit of the holding company's shareholders in 2023 and 2024 on the audited Consolidated Financial Statements of 2024 is a negative number.
