HMS: Notice on stock status

On 04/04/2025, HNX announces the status of shares of HOCHIMINH Museum Construction Joint Stock Company (HMS) as follows:
- HMS shares are put out of alert according to Decision No. 378/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2025 because The audit organization have expressed the unqualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2024 according to Point a Section 4 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
