NT2: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for corporate action processing

Pursuant to the document no. 371/CPNT2-KHTH dated 08/04/2025 of Petrovietnam Power Nhon Trach 2 Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the List of shareholders exercising the right to attend 2025 Annual General Meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2025 Annual General Meeting, the record date: 21/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.382/TB-CNVSDC dated 27/02/2025 by VSDC branch.
Reason:  Adjusting the plan to organize the 2025 Annual General Meeting so that the Company can continue to complete the procedures to successfully organize the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited NT2 shares at DMs
