LQN: Decision on continued trading restriction

Pursuant to Decision No. 438/QD-SGDHN dated 14/04/2025, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of LQN stock as follows:
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Reason for trading restriction: the company had negative owner equity in Audited Financial Statement 2024;
- Trading restriction: trading is available every Fridays only;
- Applicable law(s): Points a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Licogi Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 363/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2024.
