LQN: Decision on continued alert on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 439/QD-SGDHN dated April 14, 2025, HNX announces the continued alert of LQN stock as follows:
- Issuer: Licogi Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: LQN
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2024
- Reason: The auditor expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in this Decision, Licogi Quang Ngai Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 362/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024.
