An Gia Real Estate Investment and Development Corporation received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh city dated December 30, 2022 regarding the tax penalty in 2021 as follows: - Penalty for false declaration: VND61,101,065 - Corporate income tax arrears: VND159,433,403 - Value added income tax arrears: VND146,071,918 - Late payment: VND13,687,070.
