TMS: Guarantee for the subsisiary's loan at Bank

The Board resolution dated January 03, 2023, the BOD of Transimex Corporation approved a guarantee for Transimex Logistic Joint Stock Company (is a subsidiary of TMS) to borrow capital at Shinhan Bank Vietnam.
