The Board resolution dated January 03, 2023, the Board of Directors of Dai Thien Loc Corporation approved the following contents: Approved the policy to sign the purchase and sale contract between Dai Thien Loc Corporation and Dai Thien Loc Steel Company Limited (is a subsidiary of DTL). Approved the policy to sign the purchase and sale contract between Dai Thien Loc Corporation and Dai Thien Loc Steel Company Limited (is a subsidiary of DTL) with Tam Duc Steel Production Company Limited. Approved the loan between Dai Thien Loc Steel Company Limited and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia – Chairman of BOD with total amount of VND50,000,000,000.
