The Board resolution dated January 04, 2023, the BOD of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation approved the plan for the share redemption as follows - Repurchase volume: 50,000,000 shares - Purpose of repurchase: to decrease its charter capital - Trading method: order matching and/or put through - Trading price: less than VND34,000 - Expected trading period: Quarter I/2023 or Quarter II/2023.
