VGR: Cancellation of the record date for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 02/2023/CV-VGR dated 5th January 2023 of VIP Greenport Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the record date for 2023 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 30th January 2023 for 2023 Annual general meeting in accordance with Notice 07/TB-VSD dated 3rd January 2022 by VSD
Reason: the Company adjusted the agenda of 2023 Annual general meeting
