FLC Mining Investment Asset Management Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM), which was convened on January 17, 2023, as follows: Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Cong and Ms. Vu Thi Minh Hue as a member of the BOD as from January 17, 2023. Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang as a member of the Supervisory Board as from January 17, 2023.
