DTC: 2023 Annual General Meeting

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: March 2023 (tentatively)
- Meeting venue: meeting hall of Viglacera Dong Trieu Joint Stock Company, Xuan Son Commune, Dong Trieu Dist., Quang Ninh Province
(Specific meeting time and venue will be announced in the invitation letters, uploaded on the Company's website and mass media in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations).
- Meeting agenda:
+ Summary report on 2022 production and business activities and 2023 plan on production, business and investment in basic construction by the Management Board;
+ 2022 reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), the Supervisory Board (SB);
+ Approval of 2022 audited financial statements;
+ Approval of remuneration payment report for the BOD, the SB, the Secretariat in 2022 and 2023 remuneration payment plan;
+ Approval of 2022 dividend payment and 2023 dividend plan;
+ Approval of selecting an auditing company for 2023 financial statements;
+ Other issues.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 23rd February 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
