Issue ratio: 2,61% Regulation on transfer: - 100% of issue volume will be restricted in 05 years from the ending date of the offering. - 20% of issue volume will be restricted in 03 years from the ending date of the offering. - 20% of issue volume will be restricted in 04 years from the ending date of the offering. 8.
