BWE: Plan for buying shares from other companies

The Board resolution dated February 09, 2023, the BOD of Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company approved the policy of investment to buy shares, equivalent to the ownership ratio from 50% to 100% of other companies as follows: - DNP – Long An Water - Chau Thanh Urban Project Joint Stock Company - Can Giuoc Urban Project Joint Stock Company - Bang Tam Water and Environment Corporation - DNP Quang Binh Water.
