The Board resolution dated February 13, 2023, the Board of Directors of Innovative Technology Development Corporation approved the plan to distribute the unsold shares in the stock issuance under ESOP with details as follows: - Expected issuance volume: 1,063,573 shares - Distributed volume and paid (until February 10, 2023): 940,973 shares - Unsold shares volume: 122,600 shares (These shares distributed to other employees with VND10,000/share) - Payment time: from February 14, 2023 to February 18, 2023.
