On 20/02/2023, Viet Nam Forestry Corporation - Joint Stock company announced that it has received the appellate civil judgment No. 102/2022/DS-PT dated 30/12/2022 of the People's Court of Thai Nguyen province regarding: “Disputes over land use rights, assets on land and contract of assignment” between the plaintiff is Mr. Ban Phuc Thang, the defendant is Viet Nam Forestry Corporation - Joint Stock company and the person with related interests and obligations is Mr. Ban Nhu Thanh and Ms. Dam Thi Huan, the appellate judgment has taken legal effect
