HAX: Change of the foreign ownership ratio limit

The Board resolution dated February 23, 2023, the BOD of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company approved to change the foreign ownership ratio limit from 34.85% to 50% due to the conversion of bonds into shares.
