SZC: 2023 Annual General Meeting

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: April 2023 tentatively, to be announced in the invitation letters and the Company's website
- Meeting venue: to be announced in the invitation letter and the Company's website
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2022 production & business results, 2023 activity plan
+  2022 audited financial statements
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on monitoring, supervising 2022 production & business situation and self-assessment report by the SB
+ Proposal for selecting an auditing company for 2023 financial statements
+ Profit distribution, earnings reserved for fund establishment, dividend payment rate 
+ Proposal for adjusting business lines in accordance with regulation on limiting maximum foreign ownership ratio
+ Proposal for revising the Charter
+ Report on 2022 remuneration and salary for the BOD, SB and 2023 proposal
+ Proposal for dismissing BOD member and approving the number, list of candidates to elect additional BOD member for the remaining time of the 4th term (2022-2027)
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting (if any)

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22nd March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
