TCD: Change of representative of contributed capital in Helios

The Board resolution dated March 03, 2023, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the appointment of Mrs. Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen as representative of contributed capital in Helios Service and Investment Joint Stock Company to replace Mrs. Le Thi Mai Loan. Accordingly, total contributed capital value to VND400,000,000,000, equivalent to 40,000,000 shares.
