The Board resolution dated March 10, 2023, the Board of Directors of Southern Seed Corporation announces the change in personnel as follows: 1) Approved the resignation letter of member of the BOD - Mr. Bui Quang Son from March 10, 2023. 2) Approved the additional election of member of the BOD - Mr. Nguyen Quoc Phong – Deputy Chief Executive Officer. 3) Approved the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Phong as Deputy Chief Executive Officer from March 10, 2023.
