SJM: Notice of stock status

On March 15, 2023, HNX announces the status of Song Da No. 19 JSC shares (stock code: SJM) as follows: SJM shares are on alert due to the reason that the company has negative owner equity in Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
