ELC: Capital contribution for establishment of 1SK JSC

The Board resolution dated March 17, 2023, the BOD of ELCOM Technology Communications Corporation (ELCOM CORP) approved to contribute its capital for establishment of subsidiary as follows: Company name: 1SK Joint Stock Company Charter capital: VND 30,000,000,000 (ELCOM CORP contributed VND 24,000,000,000, equivalent to 80% charter capital of 1SK JSC). To appoint: Mr. Nguyen Van Hai as the company’s contributed capital representative in 1SK JSC for VND15,000,000,000, equivalent to 1,500,000 shares Ms. Vu Thi Ngan Ha as the company’s contributed capital representative in 1SK JSC for VND9,000,000,000, equivalent to 900,000 shares.
