SCS: BOD resolution dated March 24, 2023

On March 24, 2023, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Cargo Service approved the following contents: 1)      Approved the result to implement the subscription and payment to buy shares from the Company’s employees: -          Expected issuance volume: 505,000 shares -          Issuance price: VND26,000/share -          Registered and paid: 500,000 shares -          Unregistered and unpaid volume: 5,000 shares. 2)      Approved the stop to distribute 5,000 shares that the employees did not register: -          Ending date: March 22, 2023 -          Total proceeds from the sale of shares: VND13,000,000,000.
